Tomorrow we are having our first Open House, Saturday, March 3rd from 11am to 3pm. There is still much to do around the house to get it in top shape for showing. But a lot of leg work had been done ever since my mom was with us, and so I can only be thankful I don't have quite that much left to take care of. Still, caring for a 5-month old, and preparing for an Open House do not go together. One inescapably results in disorganization and (not so cute) little messes everywhere, while the other requires meticulous and painstaking effort to reverse (the former). They simply don't go together.
