Kelly's dad's last evening was enjoyed at Merlion - a Singaporean restaurant in Southern Village in Chapel Hill. This place is slowly becoming a favourite for Kelly and I. We ordered: Roast Duck in a sweet plum sauce, Char Koay Teow, Mee Goreng, Thai Fried Rice, Sambal Shrimp and Calamari, and Mixed Vegetables in Brown Sauce.
It has been a fun past three weeks with Kelly's dad here. He now returns back to Haifa (Israel) tomorrow. My parents who just arrived have a week with us, before they retun to Toronto, and mom to return again in December, for two months or so. All the family visits have been such a treat. I am sure Ethan is benefitting very much also. I will certainly be glad to have the extra help and company once Kelly goes back to work in one week.
