The baby doesn't look very comfortable in the pictures. Maybe you should put him back down...

Hey Peter,
Babies generally change their mood, oh, every few seconds or so. It depends on how you are carrying them, whether or not they were looking at something interesting and you moved them out of sight of that object, whether they are sleepy, hungry, poopy, wet, gassy... ok, you get the point. And a click of a picture is all but a fraction of time that immortalizes a mood as if it were constant.
Plus, babies sleep enough as it is, a little bit o' fun shouldn't hurt, no?
